Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Unix Shell Scripting Engineer with 8+ years of experience to support critical applications for a Investment Bank. The role requires strong Unix/Linux expertise, scripting skills, and experience in production support and automation.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience with Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting (Korn Shell/Bash).

Strong knowledge of Unix commands, AWK, SED, GREP, Cron, and process management.

Experience with SQL and Oracle or other relational databases.

Familiarity with Git and file transfer protocols (SFTP/SCP).

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and automation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services.

Knowledge of Control-M, Autosys, or similar scheduling tools.

Exposure to Python, Perl, Jenkins, or Ansible is a plus.
