Director of Business Development – Home Care
Territory: Camden County, Burlington County & Gloucester County, NJ

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Business Development to join our growing team and drive new business throughout the assigned territory.

This is an ideal opportunity for a road warrior who enjoys building relationships, generating referrals, networking in the community, and developing new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

2–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience

Experience in one or more of the following is required:

Private Pay Home Care

Proven success building referral relationships and generating new business

Strong prospecting, account qualification, and closing skills

Comfortable with frequent in-person visits and managing a high-volume sales territory

Key Responsibilities

Develop new referral sources throughout the assigned territory

Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, and other community partners

Prospect, qualify, and convert referral accounts into active business

Conduct frequent in-person visits throughout the territory

Network within the community and attend events to increase brand awareness

Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently generate new referral opportunities

Professionally persistent and comfortable asking for referrals

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Excellent time management and territory planning abilities

Aggressive in a professional and strategic way

Active professional presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms is a plus
