Product Specialist II Technical Content & Manuals

Harvey Nash is seeking a Product Specialist 2 for Plano, TX on a 12+ month contract, onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role focuses on becoming the subject matter expert on the product through its development and providing technical guidance to customers.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 2–3 years of engineering/technical experience, preferably in home appliances. Korean bilingual preferred but not required.
