Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to perform basic industrial and manufacturing painting on steel and metal products. The role involves prepping material for painting, using a paint spray gun, and inspecting finished products for final shipment. The role also requires proficiency in using a tape measure, hand tools, and power tools.
Responsibilities

Perform industrial painting on steel and metal products.
Prepare materials for painting.
Utilize a paint spray gun efficiently.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality for final shipment.
Use tape measures, hand tools, and power tools as required.
Essential Skills

Proficiency in painting and paint preparation.
Experience in industrial painting and using a spray gun.
Knowledge of sanding techniques and operating a paint booth.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Education or certifications related to the manufacturing industry are a bonus.
Experience with overhead cranes is an advantage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, MO.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
