DTC Growth Architect & Ecommerce Leader

Chameleon Collective is seeking a hands-on Growth & Ecommerce leader for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand. You will own strategy, budget, site, and roadmap to scale end-to-end.
You'll optimize a Shopify storefront, manage performance across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels, and oversee campaigns, funnels, and retention via Klaviyo. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, in a remote-friendly setting.
