Strategic Director, Market Access & Payer Marketing

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Director, Market Access Strategy and Payer Marketing in the United States. This role leads payer pricing, access strategies, and customer engagement across inline and pipeline products.
You will partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, HEOR/RWE, Commercial, and Analytics to ensure patient access, optimal payer coverage, and value realization throughout the product lifecycle. Location is Springfield, IL, with up to 20-30% travel.
