Social Media Coordinator

At Outcast Clothing, we’re looking for a social-obsessed Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube Shorts. Working closely with our Social, Creative, Influencer and Marketing teams, you’ll help plan, create and publish engaging content that connects with our global audience. From jumping on the latest trends to capturing behind-the-scenes moments and engaging with our community, you’ll play a key role in shaping Outcast’s social presence.
Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of Outcast’s social media content calendar.
Create engaging, on-brand content, including short‑form video, photography and real‑time social content.
Assist with social content for product launches, campaigns, promotions and key brand moments.
Schedule and publish content while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.
Stay across the latest social trends, platform updates and viral moments, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
Monitor audience conversations, competitor activity and cultural trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Track content performance and contribute to reporting and content recommendations.
Support content shoots by assisting with production and capturing behind‑the‑scenes content.
Work collaboratively with the Creative, Influencer and Marketing teams to deliver best‑in‑class social content.
What We’re Looking For 1–2 years’ experience in brand social media, content creation or a similar role.
Strong content creation skills, including iPhone videography, photography and short‑form video editing.
Experience using CapCut, Canva or similar content creation tools.
A strong understanding of social media trends, creators and platform best practices.
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Passion for fashion, beauty, pop culture and Gen Z trends.
A proactive, creative mindset with confidence to bring new ideas to the table.
A valid passport and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
