EdTech Conference Activation Lead | Remote Contract

Epic Kids Inc. is seeking an EdTech Conference Coordinator (Contract) to own our presence at 10+ EdTech events per year. This remote role reports to the Educator Engagement Lead and collaborates with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
You will design booth experiences, manage logistics, drive new educator sign-ups, and build structured post-event reports. The 6-month contract may convert to full-time based on performance and team fit.
