Head of Global Component MRO Sales & Key Accounts

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader to drive Component MRO and airframe service growth in the aviation aftermarket. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to develop integrated strategies, identify opportunities, and manage strategic accounts.
The role requires 15+ years in commercial aviation/MRO sales, strong pricing and proposal skills, and knowledge of FAR Part 121/145. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.
