Arizona Regional Marketing Leader

The Howard Hughes Corporation's Arizona division seeks a Vice President of Marketing to lead strategy and execution for Teravalis, a 37,000-acre master-planned community in the West Valley. You will shape a premium brand and drive demand, lead conversion, and absorption.
You will manage the Arizona marketing team, partnering with builders and agents, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes through a data-driven approach and integrated campaigns.
