VP, People & Growth Strategy (Hybrid)

StationMD is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead the people function in a hybrid Maplewood, NJ setting. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the COO and CMO to build scalable HR systems for a growing, mission-driven telehealth company serving individuals with I/DD.
You will own workforce strategy, talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and compliance, and executive partnership to attract, develop and retain top talent across states.
