Director of Ecommerce & CRO — Growth-Driven DTC Storefront

Create Wellness in New York is seeking a Director of Ecommerce and CRO to lead conversion strategy across the Shopify storefront and lifecycle pages. You will own testing and optimization to build a high-efficiency DTC growth engine with data-driven briefs for design and development.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Retention and Creative, manage a structured A/B and multivariate testing program, and stay ahead of CRO trends.
