Responsibilities
Act as the creative guardian for all FB Society brands, upholding consistency and quality across every guest interaction.
Lead the creation, evolution, and rollout of brand standards and visual identities.
Translate business goals into engaging creative strategies that boost guest engagement, traffic, and revenue.
Champion innovative design while balancing practicality and business priorities.
Identify ways to enhance the guest experience through design, storytelling, and emerging technologies.
Oversee end-to-end creative development of marketing, digital, print, environmental, and promotional collateral.
Offer creative direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship from concepting through design, production, and delivery.
Ensure creative outputs align with brand standards, project objectives, and business goals.
Maintain design excellence while overseeing multiple brands and concurrent initiatives.
Lead creative reviews and present concepts to stakeholders.
Oversee production and execution of menus, signage, promotional collateral, packaging, event materials, and other printed assets across FB Society brands.
Manage print production timelines, specifications, proofing, quality control, and vendor coordination to ensure brand consistency and operational accuracy.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with printers, fabrication partners, third-party designers, and production vendors.
Review proofs, approve materials, and ensure final deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate the quality of printed materials.
Lead and grow a design team, cultivating a collaborative, growth-focused culture centered on creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage team workload, priorities, resource allocation, and project planning, while providing coaching and professional development.
Maintain strong relationships with print partners and vendors.
Partner with the Full-Stack Developer to guide website design, user experience, SEO, accessibility, and digital innovation initiatives.
Shape creative strategy across web, email marketing, digital campaigns, and emerging digital platforms.
Evaluate and adopt AI tools, creative technologies, and workflow improvements to boost efficiency and output quality.
Ensure digital experiences reflect brand standards and support business objectives.
Oversee creative workflow, intake processes, timelines, and resource planning across all brands.
Balance strategic initiatives with high-volume production needs.
Establish and refine creative processes to improve efficiency, collaboration, and quality control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of execution.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, Beverage, Sales, HR, and Executive Leadership teams.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear creative solutions and serve as a trusted creative advisor across the organization.
Requirements
5-7+ years of progressive creative experience in an agency or in-house environment, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years managing creative teams.
A strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and multi-channel creative execution.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern creative workflows.
Experience managing multiple brands or business units concurrently.
Solid understanding of print production, digital marketing, web design, and content development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
