Growth Marketing Leader — Full-Funnel + P&L (Hybrid)

Great Gray Group is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing, RPAG in Boston to own the full RPAG marketing P&L, driving advisor acquisition, engagement, and expansion revenue. You’ll report to the CMO and lead a full-funnel strategy across a hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remote workplace.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in growth marketing (SaaS/B2C/marketplace), strong CRM/marketing automation skills (Salesforce, Pardot), and a data-driven, fast-paced mindset.
