Sleepyhead, a Scottsdale-based DTC sleep brand, seeks a Director of E-Commerce to build and scale our online business under the Head of E-Commerce. This is a builder role, not maintenance, requiring deep Shopify expertise and data-driven decision making.
You will own Shopify storefront optimization, CRO testing, Amazon Seller Central, and retention programs using Klaviyo and Postscript, driving conversions, AOV, and ROAS in a fast-paced environment.
