HR Lead: Talent, Onboarding & Culture Champion

Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and create a positive associate experience. This role partners with store leadership to recruit, onboard, manage employee relations, and ensure HR compliance across locations.
This role covers HRIS/ATS administration, benefits, performance coaching, training, and reporting. You’ll be a resource for associates and leaders, upholding a People First culture and collaborating with Store Support Center.
