Residential Territory Sales Leader – MT & WY

Simpson Strong-Tie seeks a Territory Sales Manager for residential markets in Montana and northern Wyoming. You will drive demand, train dealer reps, build key customer relationships, and lead initiatives with product management and marketing to grow market share.
You will coordinate with regional teams, lead workshops, and provide technical support while maintaining CRM discipline and reporting. A strong background in sales leadership and construction industry is preferred.
