Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh and exciting content ideas.
- Supervise pre-production and post-production, guiding projects from scripting to publishing.
- Keep the team aligned with the project vision through clear communication and direction.
- Review and provide feedback on scripts and videos to enhance storytelling.
- Work closely with editors, reviewing cuts and offering constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular meetings to keep everyone on track and motivated.
- Efficiently communicate with clients and subjects, ensuring their needs are met.
- Track and manage the production budget effectively.
- Negotiate with freelancers when needed to ensure high-quality production.
- Keep task lists and the content calendar updated to stay organized.
- Address any challenges that arise during pre and post-production.
- Post content on social media and actively engage with our audience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your creative skills and technical proficiency.
