Position Summary


TheMulti Media Designeris a versatile creative responsible for producing engaging visual content across digital, motion, and emerging media channels. This role blends graphic design, motion design, and basic video production to support marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and in-store experiences.


This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across multiple formats, and is passionate about bringing brand stories to life through motion and visual storytelling. Possesses a growth mindset with a strong desire to expand knowledge and skills


What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)



  • Design and produce content across digital and motion channels, including social media, email, web, and in-store digital displays

  • Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content to support campaigns and brand storytelling

  • Adapt existing creative assets into motion or digital-first formats


Video & Motion Production



  • Edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications

  • Assist with video shoots, including setup, lighting, and capture (as needed)

  • Apply motion design principles to elevate static creative into dynamic content

  • Ensure all video and motion assets align with brand standards and messaging


Brand Execution & Consistency



  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and motion outputs

  • Follow established design systems, templates, and guidelines

  • Collaborate with designers and brand teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Partner with Marketing, Social, and Brand teams to execute campaign assets

  • Collaborate with designers to bring concepts to life across motion and digital formats

  • Work with external vendors or freelancers when needed for production support


Asset Management & Production



  • Organize and manage digital assets, including video files, templates, and exports

  • Prepare files for various platforms, ensuring proper formatting, sizing, and specifications

  • Stay current on platform trends, formats, and best practices for digital and social content


Qualifications


Required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Video Production, or related field — or equivalent experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or video production

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Strong understanding of motion design, timing, and visual storytelling

  • Experience creating content for digital and social platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency


Preferred



  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or consumer brand environments

  • Basic photography and videography skills

  • Experience with audio editing and sound design

  • Familiarity with social media trends and content formats (Reels, TikTok, etc.)

  • Experience working within a multi-brand or franchise organization
