Senior Customer Relations Strategist

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Relations Lead to join the PSA Customer Relations team onsite in Santa Ana, CA.
The role requires strong customer relations experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to de-escalate and resolve issues, while collaborating across departments to deliver timely solutions. You will report to the Assistant Manager, Customer Relations and work full-time on-site five days per week.
