Senior Footwear Designer — Hybrid + Generous PTO & 401K

Gina Group in New York, NY is seeking a Footwear Designer to lead design ownership across brands, create digital CADs for full seasonal collections, and present tech packs for handoff to design teams and factories.
You will mentor designers, manage the PLM system, and collaborate with overseas partners to resolve timing issues while bringing new ideas through market research and licensor meetings. Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
