Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Experience with long‑form video or YouTube‑style content
Familiarity with event, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
What This Role Is (and Isn’t)

Grounds & Landscaping Assistant

Responsibilities include
Cleaning and maintaining grounds and outdoor guest areas
Pulling weeds and general landscaping upkeep
Weed‑eating, brush clearing, and light property maintenance
Ensuring paths, patios, and common areas are clean and presentable
Occasional vineyard and farm‑related work as needed
What we’re looking for
Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working outdoors
Able to perform physical work in varying weather conditions
Takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well‑kept
