Product Manager

Job Description: For Fidia offices in Germany, we are recruiting a Product Manager (f/m/x) – Wound Care. Main responsibilities

Develop and deliver impactful marketing materials dedicated to wound care, while training and coaching the sales force during Cycle Meetings
Execute both local and global strategies, working in close collaboration with the Headquarters in Italy to co-create aligned and comprehensive marketing plans
Manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource use
Conduct demand and sales planning, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed
Manage and collaborate with partners to enhance marketing efforts
Perform market observation and competitor analysis, with particular attention to trends and opportunities in the wound care segment
Organize global and local events to promote Fidia's products and services
Requirements

Proven experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology, skincare, wound care or related therapeutic areas
Prior field experience as a Medical Representative is a plus, bringing valuable customer and market insights
Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategic planning
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Fluent German and very good English language skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including close cooperation with cross-functional teams and the Global Marketing team at Headquarters
Experience in budget management and efficient resource allocation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
