Position Overview

The Senior Marketing and Internal Communications Lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing company branding, creating compelling proposal content, and supporting business development efforts. This role will work closely with executive leadership to elevate our brand, generate new opportunities, and support continued company growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and a hands‑on marketing professional who requires little direction.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead all company marketing initiatives from planning through implementation
Create high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content
Develop proposal content and support business development pursuits
Manage the company's website, LinkedIn presence, and other social media platforms
Ensure consistent branding across all internal and external communications
Coordinate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and market presence
Support recruiting initiatives through employment branding and marketing
Plan and support trade shows, networking events, and corporate events
Manage company newsletters and internal communications
Coordinate ordering of marketing materials and company merchandise
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies
Monitor marketing performance and recommend continuous improvements
Requirements

10+ years of marketing experience in the heavy construction, EPC, industrial, or related construction industry
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic marketing plans with minimal supervision
Proven experience supporting business development through proposal development and marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of construction industry branding and client engagement
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing company websites and social media platforms
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing software
Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions

The market rate for the role is typically at the mid‑point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
