Hybrid; candidates must be located near an office in Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, or St. Louis. In-office attendance is required on the first day and as business needs require.

We're seeking a talented

Senior Graphic Designer

to create strategic, innovative design solutions that help move business forward. In this role, you'll partner with internal clients and cross-functional teams to develop compelling creative concepts, presentations, marketing materials, and digital campaigns.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute visually compelling design solutions for corporate marketing, business communications, and business-development initiatives.
• Lead design consultations and translate stakeholder needs into effective creative briefs, concepts, storyboards, layouts, and final deliverables.
• Create persuasive pitches, presentations, social and paid campaign assets, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, project teams, stakeholders, and clients in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Manage assigned projects, timelines, estimates, milestones, and budgets.
• Mentor team members, contribute to creative ideation sessions, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior graphic designer or in a comparable role.
• A strong digital portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking and design skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience designing presentations, pursuits, social campaigns, paid media, and marketing collateral.
• Strong communication, active listening, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work within scope and budget.
• Experience in financial services, proposal development, or Adobe Workfront is a plus.
