Marketing & Content Intern

Caught Sipping is a social coffee discovery platform launching in Tampa Bay. We’re building a new way for people to discover local cafés, connect through coffee, and support independent coffee shops while helping cafés reach new customers.

We’re looking for a creative intern who wants more than a typical internship. You’ll work directly with the founder and gain hands‑on experience helping shape a consumer brand from the ground up before launch.

What You’ll Do

Help develop and execute our social media and content strategy

Brainstorm creative concepts for Instagram, TikTok, campaigns, launches, and recurring content series

Create social media graphics, short‑form videos, and other branded content

Help shape the visual direction, voice, and overall presence of the brand

Visit local cafés to capture photo and video content

Research social trends and identify creative ways to adapt them for Caught Sipping

Assist with launch events and community activations throughout Tampa Bay

Help connect with local creators, cafés, students, and coffee lovers

Review content performance and help improve future campaigns

Support basic motion graphics or animated content when applicable
