Digital Experience Designer

A media services company in Texas is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to join their growing team in the Greater Dallas area. In this role, the Digital Experience Designer will oversee digital design, UX/UI, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement to create customer-facing experiences across email, web, mobile, and other marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Design customer lifecycle communications supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives
Create scalable email systems, modular templates, and reusable design components
Develop customer-facing experiences across email, web, mobile, and digital marketing channels
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design specifications using Figma
Design presentations, one-pagers, product sheets, infographics, executive communications, and other sales enablement materials
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in Digital Design, Lifecycle Marketing Design, UX/UI Design, or related Creative disciplines
Portfolio demonstrating Figma expertise, Email & Lifecycle Marketing Design, Design Systems & Component Libraries, Sales Enablement Materials, Digital Marketing Assets, and Production-ready deliverables
Expert proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, design systems, and interactive prototyping
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Acrobat
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
Experience managing projects from concept through final execution
Desired Skills:

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Front-end Development workflows
Experience collaborating directly with Development teams
Experience supporting CRM and Customer Journey Marketing programs
Experience creating Motion Graphics and Animated Content
Familiarity with Accessibility standards and Digital best practices
