Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Animation Specialist to create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for digital media, games, films, advertisements, e-learning content, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong artistic skills, proficiency in animation software, and the ability to bring characters, objects, and visual concepts to life through engaging motion graphics and animations. You will collaborate with designers, illustrators, developers, video editors, and creative teams to deliver visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for videos, games, websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Design and animate characters, environments, visual effects (VFX), motion graphics, and user interface elements.
Develop storyboards, animatics, and animation sequences based on creative briefs and project requirements.
Rig, skin, and animate 3D characters and assets using industry-standard techniques.
Collaborate with graphic designers, illustrators, game developers, video editors, and creative directors to ensure consistency in visual style.
Optimize animation assets for performance across multiple platforms and devices.
Edit and refine animations based on stakeholder and client feedback.
Maintain organized project files and adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest animation techniques, tools, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2-5 years of experience in animation, motion graphics, or multimedia production.
Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and storytelling.
Experience creating both 2D and 3D animations.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling projects.
Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in gaming, film, advertising, e-learning, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of character rigging, facial animation, and motion capture workflows.
Familiarity with video editing, compositing, and visual effects (VFX).
Experience creating animations optimized for social media and digital campaigns.
Understanding of UI/UX animation principles.
Experience working in Agile or collaborative production environments.
