Social Media Manager
Responsibilities Social Media Manager:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.

Plan, create, publish, and share new content across multiple social medica platforms – including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn

Manage WhatsApp communication (chats) per facility to facilitate authentic, personalized content.

Edit photos using Lightroom, Photoshop, or other editing software.

Create editorial calendars.

Utilize current social media trends, best practices and technology.

Monitor customer comments and feedback and ensure reputation management policies are in place.

Monitor reach and create campaigns to increase followers and engagement.

Track marketing results, produce monthly analytical reports to reflect achievement of marketing objectives and target goals.

Qualifications Social Media Manager:

Creative, organized, efficient, proficient multi-tasker with strong attention to detail.

Team player who can lead and motivate individuals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum of2 yearsofexperienceinSocial Media Management/Social Media Content Creation

Proficient in Hootsuite, Photoshop/ other photo editing software

InDesign/Illustrator or similar design experience a plus

Healthcare experience preferred.
