Position Type: Temp-to-Hire | 2nd Shift
Schedule Information

Monday - Friday

11:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Must be able to train on 1st shift for up to 6 weeks

Overtime may be required

Mixing Operator Requirements

Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing experience

Experience weighing materials and handling chemicals required

Previous chemical mixing experience required

Chemical manufacturing or processing experience preferred

Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required

Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures

Key Responsibilities

Mix slurry and chemical materials according to production specifications

Weigh and measure raw materials accurately

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently

Clean slurry tanks and maintain mixing equipment

Load and unload materials and finished products

Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

Perform additional production duties as assigned
