Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, with 40 hours per week, and will be responsible for creating and managing all graphic design and social media content for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company through consistent and cohesive design elements

- Manage all social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement and reach

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for graphic design and social media

- Work closely with the sales team to create custom graphics for client presentations and proposals

- Assist with website design and maintenance as needed

- Manage and maintain the company's digital asset library, including logos, images, and templates

- Ensure all designs and content align with the company's brand and messaging guidelines

- Monitor and report on social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent in graphic design, marketing, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and branding

- Experience with website design and maintenance is a plus

- Knowledge of the masonry industry is a plus, but not required
