Video Conferencing Systems Engineer

Crimson Phoenix seeks an IT/VTC Technician to monitor VTC sessions, hardware, and conferences using Cisco TMS and CMS to preempt issues. Provide immediate remote support (VNC Viewer) and in-person assistance when required.
Utilize the Service Plus ticketing system for accountability, schedule AV/VTC events across NCE Campus East/West, resolve room conflicts, and manage JWICS VTCs for external agencies. Collaborate with engineering and develop troubleshooting guides for ops staff.
