Shift Lead: Customer Experience & Team Coaching

Jersey Mike's Silverthorne is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at our Silverthorne location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience, handle cash, and help lead a small crew in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires at least 1 year of QSR experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and the ability to operate the slicer (18+). Training in our Learning Management System is provided.
