Requirements
4–6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand environments
Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projects
Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com
Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print, digital, social, design)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Responsibilities

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across campaigns, content, digital assets and brand initiatives
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones, deliverables and deadlines
Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on track
Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillars—marketing, operations and commercialization—translating needs in both directions
Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
Manage risks, escalate issues, and course correct as needed
Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed
Maintain documentation, briefs and timelines in Monday.com
Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups and recurring status meetings

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
