Position Summary

RWS Global is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner, Parks Operations, to support our attractions, live experiences, and seasonal workforce operations. This role partners with operational leaders at assigned park and attraction locations on employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, manager coaching, compliance, workforce reporting, and HR program implementation.
The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced operational environment and partners closely with frontline leaders who support performers, technicians, production teams, attraction staff, and seasonal employees. This role combines hands-on HR support with business partnership, helping deliver a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policy and employment law.
Essential Responsibilities

Employee Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters within assigned business units
Conduct workplace investigations involving policy violations, performance concerns, attendance issues, and misconduct
Guide managers on corrective action, documentation, and performance management
Partner with People & Culture leadership to apply policies and practices consistently
HR Operations

Support onboarding and offboarding for full-time, part-time, seasonal, and project-based employees
Assist managers with employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers, status changes, and separations
Maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data integrity
Coordinate employee communications and HR program administration
Manager Support & Coaching

Coach operational leaders on employee relations, performance management, and engagement
Help managers build positive, inclusive, and productive teams
Advise on company policies, procedures, and employment practices
Compliance

Support compliance with employment law
Assist with wage and hour compliance, timekeeping, overtime management, and attendance programs
Partner with HR leadership on audits and policy implementation
Reporting & Analytics

Maintain HR metrics and workforce reporting
Track turnover, employee relations activity, hiring trends, and workforce demographics
Report insights to operational leaders and People & Culture leadership
Qualifications

Required

4–7 years of HR experience
Experience supporting hourly, frontline, seasonal, hospitality, entertainment, attractions, or operational workforces
Employee relations and workplace investigation experience
Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Experience partnering with managers and resolving employee issues
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred

Experience in theme parks, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, sports, cruise, resort, or live event operations
Experience with seasonal or high-volume workforces
Multi-location support experience
