Position Summary
We are seeking an experience d Systems Programming Supervisor to lead a team of software developers and systems professionals responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise software applications. This leadership role requires a strong technical background, hands-on programming experience, and proven success managing development teams while driving technology initiatives and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting judicial or court management systems and a passion for delivering innovative technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
7+ years of software development and systems design experience - strong ASP.NET with SQL, recent exp with .Net6
5+ years of management or supervisory experience leading technical teams
Experience supporting court, judicial, or government technology environments
Strong programming and software development background across multiple platforms
Experience working with court case management systems, judicial applications, or similar legal technology environments (such as Odyssey and/or Tyler Technologies)
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
Experience managing application development projects, priorities, and technical resources
Ability to successfully pass a criminal justice background check
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of software developers and technical profession
Oversee the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise software applications and databases
Manage application development priorities, project schedules, resource allocation, and technical deliverables
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, vendors, and technical teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs
Drive software development best practices, quality assurance standards, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Evaluate emerging technologies and development tools to improve application performance and team productivity
Monitor project progress, communicate status updates, and proactively manage risks and issues
Support application availability, reliability, and ongoing operational excellence
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise application development and modernization initiatives
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles
