Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a swing shift finals supervisor to oversee daily production activities in the Redmond, Oregon facility. You will plan, organize, and direct operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department.
We require a minimum of two years in a production setting with leadership experience; an Associate degree is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma training are highly regarded.
