The Encompass Group is partnering with a well established, client focused financial services firm seeking a

Client Services Manager

who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, staying organized, and serving as a trusted resource for clients after the onboarding process.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for client questions and ongoing service needs

Build strong, long term relationships through responsive, personalized communication

Deliver a high level of client service with timely follow up and attention to detail

Coordinate multiple client requests while maintaining accuracy and organization

Support daily client service operations and administrative processes

Utilize CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other technology platforms to improve efficiency

Leverage emerging AI tools and technology to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience

Collaborate with an experienced team committed to delivering outstanding service and continued growth

What We're Looking For

Experience in client services, customer success, account management, or a similar client facing role

Excellent communication and relationship building skills

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

Self motivated, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset

Comfortable learning new technology and adapting to evolving processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM platforms

Financial services experience is preferred

Series 6, 7, 65, or similar licensing is a plus, but not required
