APAC Total Rewards Strategist

Recruit Express is seeking a Total Rewards specialist to support compensation and benefits programs across regional markets. The role involves job evaluations, salary benchmarking, market analyses and participation in annual salary review cycles to ensure competitive rewards governance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Total Rewards and exposure to salary surveys, benchmarking tools or reward frameworks, preferably with multinational, FMCG, or consulting firm backgrounds.
