Field Marketing Representative

We're looking for a passionate Field Marketing Representative to bring the Loonen story to life across our Southeast Florida market. This is a part-time, independent contractor role, roughly 10-15 hours per week, covering retail stores and events from Miami to Palm Beach. In this role, you'll ensure beautiful in-store execution, build strong retail relationships, and engage directly with shoppers through demos and tastings to share what makes Loonen different.

Loonen was born from a personal moment: when our co-founder was going through IVF and then pregnant, she became more aware of what she was putting in and on her body. When it came to water, she found little transparency about what was actually inside, and realized one of the most essential things we consume hadn't kept up with the standards we expect from everything else. So we built something better.

Loonen proudly aims to be the cleanest water on the market: spring sourced, filtered for purity, balanced with high-quality minerals, and bottled exclusively in glass. We test for microplastics, forever chemicals, and hundreds of trace contaminants, then third-party certify. Results are accessible by QR code on every bottle.

In our first year, Loonen has become one of the most talked-about new water brands, in retailers like Sprouts and Erewhon, and expanding across grocery and food service.

What You'll Do:

Open and sell in new retail and cafe accounts across grocery and natural channels, then secure promotional and display activity.

Work closely with distributor partners to ensure orders are being delivered and the shelves are never empty.

Visit key retail locations to ensure proper distribution, merchandising compliance, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution; monitor competitive and market activity; build and maintain displays.

Execute in-store demos to drive product trial and sales, and handle sample and product deliveries to accounts and events when needed.

Engage consumers in a friendly, professional manner and clearly communicate key features and benefits.

Support event setup and breakdown while maintaining clean, organized activation areas that meet brand standards.

Support regional sampling efforts to key accounts and influential people in market.

Gather and share consumer feedback and market insights with management.

What We’re Looking For:

Based in Southeast Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or Palm Beach) with reliable transportation to visit accounts across the region

Passion for clean, better-for-you products

Outgoing, personable, and confident engaging with customers

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Previous demo, brand ambassador, or sales experience is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
