Event Planning Manager: Luxury Hotel Sales & Events

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort and Villas is hiring an Event Planning Manager to service Sale bookings and act as the on-site liaison for events. You will oversee the Sales agreement, F&B and A/V details, room blocks, and billing instructions to ensure flawless event delivery.
The successful candidate has 1–3 years in hotel event sales or planning, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
