On-Site Community Relations & Resident Experience Lead

Essex-Property-Trust is seeking a Community Relations Representative to be the primary in-person contact for residents at an Essex office in Oceanside. You will manage communications via CRM, facilitate move-in/out processes, and support community operations with excellent customer service.
This role requires five days on-site with occasional virtual engagement as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
