About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and commercially driven Social Media & Partnerships Lead to manage social media strategy, content planning, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships. This role will play a key part in growing brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns across multiple consumer brands.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, creators, and brand partners to develop engaging content and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media content strategies across multiple platforms.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business priorities.

Create engaging content ideas for lifestyle, home, kitchen, and consumer products.

Identify and manage influencers, KOLs, and content creators for marketing campaigns.

Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate content production with creators and external partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and suppliers to support joint marketing initiatives.

Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and sponsored content campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Maintain records of influencer collaborations, campaign performance and partnership activities.

Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.

Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and influencer collaborations.

Strong understanding of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimise results.

Creative, proactive, and commercially minded.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail, e-commerce, lifestyle, home, or consumer products industries.

Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, or similar content management tools.

Experience working with influencers, agencies, or brand partners.

Understanding of how organic social content supports paid digital marketing campaigns.
