Web Page Designer

We're seeking an experienced

Knowledge Management & Learning Experience Designer

to lead the design and implementation of enterprise knowledge management solutions. This role combines

Knowledge Management (KM), Instructional Design, SharePoint, UX/UI, and Change Management

to create engaging learning experiences and user-friendly digital knowledge platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain enterprise

SharePoint Knowledge Management

sites.

Develop engaging

e-learning, microlearning, job aids, playbooks, SOPs, and toolkits

focused on knowledge transfer.

Create intuitive

SharePoint

experiences using modern UX/UI and information architecture principles.

Partner with HR, Talent Management, Learning, and Communications teams to drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and user adoption.

Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable KM solutions and learning resources.

Support change management, communications, and enterprise-wide rollout of KM programs.

Qualifications:

5-8+ years of experience in

Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Organizational Development, or related fields .

Hands-on experience designing and managing

enterprise SharePoint

sites.

Strong experience with

Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate , or similar e-learning authoring tools.

Expertise in developing

playbooks, SOPs, knowledge transfer frameworks, job aids, and learning content .

Strong stakeholder management, communication, UX/UI, and project management skills.

Experience in

Talent Management, HR Technology, or Digital Workplace

environments is a plus.
