Job Posting: Business Development Executive

Identify and pursue new business opportunities: clients, sectors, collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

3‑4 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in media, creative services, or production industries.
Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of media/production workflows and creative services, so you can speak confidently with clients & production team.
Proactive, self‑motivated, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational & time management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic language.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Software Knowledge & Experience

CRM Software (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce) – Experience in tracking leads and managing sales funnels.
Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace – Proficiency in Docs, Sheets, Slides for proposals, reports, and presentations.
Canva / PowerPoint / Keynote – For building visually appealing client presentations.
Trello / Notion / Asana – Familiarity with project management tools (preferred).
Email Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue) – Preferred but not mandatory.
Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) – Understanding content strategy & outreach.
