Senior Marketing Manager

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a on-site Leasing and Marketing Manager in Las Vegas. You will direct marketing, advertising, and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, while leading the leasing team and coordinating with maintenance to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
You will oversee the leasing process from prospecting to move-in, monitor market conditions, adjust pricing and concessions, and drive resident retention through renewals and targeted promotions.
