Part-Time Social Media Content Creator

We're looking for a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to help tell our story across digital platforms and connect with the communities we serve. If you live and breathe social media, love food culture, and know how to make content that actually stops the scroll — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute creative content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
Shoot and edit photos and short-form videos that capture the brand experience
Manage day-to-day social media posting and community engagement — responding to comments, messages, and reviews
Conduct social listening to track trends, audience sentiment, and brand conversations
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns, promotions, and brand guidelines
Support paid social efforts and help analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools
What We're Looking For
Proven social media experience (a portfolio or active accounts are a plus)
Strong eye for visual content — photo and video creation/editing skills required
Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools
Detail-oriented with excellent writing and proofreading skills
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
Passion for food, hospitality, and authentic storytelling
The Details
Part-time, flexible schedule
In-person — Fairfield County, CT (Stamford & Fairfield primarily, some travel to Hartford)
Pay: $18 - $20 based on experience

Must have an LLC.
Role Competencies
Attention To Detail: Taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working.
Functional Expertise And Usage: Acquiring and applying functional knowledge in videography, photography, content creation, graphic design and social media. Understanding of social media, pop culture and viral trends. Up to date knowledge of social media algorithms and how to create viral content.
Organizational Awareness: Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities, perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization.
Oral Communication: Shaping and expressing ideas and information in an effective manner. Conducting on-camera interviews.
Integrity: Upholding generally accepted social and ethical standards in job-related activities and behaviors.
Job Requirements
Technical: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and common social media platforms). General understanding of Google Analytics including targeted ads, ROI data, demographic analysis. Basic understanding of SEO.
Language: English. Basic Spanish (preferred but not required).
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of proven success in a digital content creation setting.
Comprehensive understanding of industry and viral trends.
Work Environment
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be available for work on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
This role requires you to be on-site at locations for at least 3 days a week as well as on-site for all new restaurant openings.
Approximately 10% of your time will be spent traveling overnight to various locations around the country on an assigned project basis.
