We are seeking a visionary Senior Art Director to lead the visual identity of our flagship titles, including Geometry Dash. You will oversee all aspects of game art, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and visually striking player experience across platforms.
Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns, digital content, advertising, and visual assets.
Develop and maintain high-quality design standards for all visual communications.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
Present creative concepts and designs to internal stakeholders and clients.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to ensure innovation in creative output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines, resources, and priorities.
Ensure creative solutions align with strategic business goals and audience insights.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
7+ years of professional experience in art direction or senior-level design roles.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across campaigns, branding, digital media, and interactive design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Experience managing creative teams and mentoring designers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
