Temporary Video Production Coordinator

Supporting the post and pre-production processes for videos across various brands, the full-time Temporary Video Production Coordinator will assist the Sr. Video Producer with timeline management, communication with editors, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities

Assist in booking freelance crew members, talent, vendors, and production gear for video shoots
Coordinate post-production timelines, ensuring projects are executed on time and making necessary adjustments
Monitor all post timelines and check in with teams for deadlines and deliveries

Required qualifications

Highly organized and detail-oriented with an eye for process improvements
Previous experience working with video talent, including editors and production crews
Strong understanding of video post-production timelines and workflows
Ability to multitask with awareness for timing and urgency
Experience in Adobe Premiere is a plus
