User Interface/Frontend Software Engineer

AdaptX is searching for a User Interface/Frontend Software Engineer. This person will directly impact the success of our products through significant contributions on the Engineering team. They will have a strong sense of customer advocacy, be highly collaborative, think critically and creatively, and share their perspectives in formal and informal settings. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Develop and enhance AdaptX's codebase and user experience
Deliver clean maintainable code with adequate unit tests
Resolve technical issues through research and creativity
Evolve the AdaptX user experience for all users
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure software designs meet requirements
Work closely with product management to design and define feature requirements
Work collaboratively with other team members
Document work appropriately
Requirements
4 or more years of software development experience, building web-based user interfaces
Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript, Angular framework experience is a bonus
Demonstrated experience with Git, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and monitoring solutions
Experience using AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle is a bonus
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to seek clarification and making design choices as appropriate
Naturally curious and comfortable using data to drive decisions
Team-oriented and collaborative
Strong ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

AdaptX offers a comprehensive, industry-competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as flexible paid time off. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$135,000.
